What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 5 kg per month, which is 60 kg per year. For mogacha, the MOQ is 30 kg per month.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Samples are available for products No. 1 to No. 8, at approximately USD 20 each, paid via PayPal.

Where does your matcha come from?

We source from Sayama, Ibi, Joyo, Wazuka, Yame, Ureshino, Kirishima, and Chiran. We select the origin based on stock, and origin may change to keep supply stable.

Do you offer organic matcha?

Yes. Organic matcha is available from Kagoshima. Organic is quoted separately.

What grades do you offer?

We offer three lines. Specialty is all ceremonial grade, Standard is partly ceremonial, and Bold is non-ceremonial. All products are powders, and leaf is available for non-matcha teas.

Do you offer custom packaging or OEM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom cans and packaging (OEM) are available after one year of ordering. We also offer 30 g aluminum bags at approximately USD 2 per bag.

Are there volume discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Discounts combine two commitments and add together. By monthly volume, you get 2 percent off at 50 kg per month and 5 percent off at 100 kg per month. By commitment period, you get 2 percent for 3 months, 5 percent for 6 months, and 11 percent for 12 months. For example, 100 kg per month with a 12 month commitment is 16 percent off in total. Bulk supply is available after a contract.

Is shipping included in the price?

No. Shipping is not included, and pricing is subject to currency exchange and market changes.
